Art Library Now Open!

Guests are invited to enjoy our Art Library located above the stone fireplace in the mezzanine area of the Lodge.

You will discover some interesting reading material and a range of old style board games. However, the most dramatic element in the Art Library is the work of our featured artist Andy Causon, a Tasmanian painter who also exhibits at Gallery Salamanca in Hobart.

Andy loves to paint, in particular people and mechanical objects. He is a rather slow painter using very small brushes to achieve amazing results. He believes that his art should inspire and be uplifting to the observer. In other words, you should feel taller after viewing. Test this out and tell us if you think it’s true!

All the art work is for sale and if you wish to purchase you may do so at the main reception.We can arrange shipping to local/interstate and international destinations.
